Working his way up the ranks at the firstEquity Group since his appointment as Accounts Assistant in 2003, Dewald now heads up SATIB Insurance Brokers as its Executive Head and holds a seat on the board of SATSA, the voice of inbound tourism. He has been promoted to various positions within the organisation over the years, from sales to regional manager to divisional director. Dewald’s focus is on driving the SATIB team to be the insurance broker of choice in the travel, hospitality and leisure space across Southern Africa.
