JW Seagon – a specialist brokerage with an impressive track record in Africa – will work alongside ART to service clients’ health and life insurance needs.
ART managing director Gavin Courtenay is positive that the move will deliver distinct client benefit:

Over its nearly 30 years in Africa, JW Seagon has maintained long standing relationships with the world’s leading insurers, and a significant reputation in the eyes of its clients and the insurers. The brokerage’s CEO David Seagon is upbeat on his team’s ability to deliver additional value to ART clients:

From January in the new year, Tom Harris of JW Seagon will establish direct communication with ART’s clients. Harris is Mauritius-based and is the appointed lead broker who will be looking after ART’s health and life clients on the continent. He will manage client claims and the renewal of client cover from January 2022.
Harris notes that JW Seagon is partnered with all the relevant insurance partners, in the same way ART is.
“So, ART clients can remain on their same policies, with the same insurance providers. However, if we feel there may be solutions better suited to clients or their companies, then we will present them for discussion at renewal time.”[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
