He manages large South African and Global Credit Insurance Programs.
Myles has been a Director of FECPR since 2008, was a senior account executive Trade Credit at Aon South Africa and export manager for Coface South Africa.
Hennie Bothma – Director
Hennie has over 35 years’ experience in the Trade Credit Industry. Two of these years were at CGIC as claims assessor and underwriter, another ten at Price Forbes as local director in the Trade Credit division. He established and worked at Aon SA Trade Credit for ten years, facilitating debtor management programs for global corporates, specializing in the Pharmaceutical, IT, and Media industries.
As director and shareholder at FECPR, for the last 14 years, Hennie has been providing intermediary services on Trade Credit, Bonds and Guarantees, Receivable Discounting, Self-Insurance programs, and Political Risks. He also developed an online Debtor Risk Management system, for clients, to minimize risk on uninsured/ uninsurable debtor books and maximize collections.

Vaughn Hutton – Director
Vaughn commenced his career in the Credit Insurance industry at Credit Guarantee Insurance Corporation of Africa LTD and retired from CGIC as General Manager in charge of claims and risk underwriting after thirty-two years of service. He specialised in building, electrical, construction, steel, engineering, shipping, and confirming all sub sections of these industries locally and abroad.
As a Director and Shareholder of FECPR Vaughn is involved in the strategic focus and growth of the company as well as relationship building with key players in the credit insurance industry.

Vis Govender – Non-Executive Director
Vis had various senior management positions including Senior Executive on the EXCO of Allianz SA. Allianz is Europe’s and one of the world’s largest Insurance and Banking Groups.
Vis has run a management consulting practice and was part of the Nedbank Insurance Exco for 9 years, he also served on the Nedbank Merger Steering Committee before leaving to form firstEquity.
Vis understands not only the local service requirements of complex accounts but with his information technology specialization introduces efficiencies into business operations that assist both the client and broker in managing portfolios efficiently.
